Erin adapted Young Adult novel THE BEAR for Amblin Partners and Marc Platt Productions, and her original feature SAY SOMETHING NICE appeared on the 2019 Black List, 2019 Hit List and 2019 Young and Hungry List.

Erin has also written seven movies - mostly Christmas - for Hallmark, and is in production on her first limited TV series, an adaptation of Jenni Bayliss novel THE 12 DATES OF CHRISTMAS.

Before becoming a writer, Erin was a development assistant at DreamWorks Studios and 20th Century Fox, and a story analyst for companies such as Paramount Pictures, Netflix and Parkes MacDonald.

Erin has an M.F.A. in Screenwriting from Loyola Marymount University and a Master’s Degree in Film and Television Theory from the University of Glasgow in Scotland. She serves as an adjunct faculty member of DePaul University’s LA Program and instructor for ProPath Screenwriting workshops.
